Outback Orange Marmalade Sauce Clone

    This went really well with coconut shrimp. Reminds me of sunny skies in Cancun...sigh... I might cut back on the honey by half next time because I found enough sweetness in the marmalade, maybe just the brand used though. Thanks Miss Erin. I bet this would be nice for chicken strips as well.
