Oven Baked Sweet Plantains, MMMM! I love plantains, especially sweet ones This is a lower fat method of making maduros without the use of oil and frying in a pan , I made these and you can just ignore all the haters! They were amazing! Crispy on the outside and sweet and soft on the inside! I sprayed them with olive oil, sprinkled a tiny bit (go easy) of kosher salt on, baked at 450 for 10 minutes, flipped them and left them in another 5 minutes My husband and I gobbled them down with a glass of red wine! I will be making many more of these!, Came out perfectly 🙂
