    Combine Beans, Olive Oil, Shallots, Salt, and Pepper in a Bowl. Toss Together by Hand or With Tongs.

    Spread Over a Baking Pan as Evenly as Possible and Place in Oven.

    Check and Move Beans Around With a Spatula Every 10 Mins or So. If They Become Chard, It Is not an Issue as This Is What You Will Want.
