    Oven Omelet,The most simple omelet you could ever make. My mom gave me this recipe when I moved out. use it at least 1x a week. My roommates LOVE it!,Hi Do you grease the casserole? Thanks,Not the fanciest recipe, but I gave it 5 stars because it is fast, easy, and a good go to after a long day when appetites are low. We use the left overs for breakfast during the week. 30 sec in the microwave and I can eat and be off to work.
