Directions
Overnight Blueberry French Toast,I haven’t tried this personally, but will real soon as I love blueberries. A friend gave me this recipe after having it at a brunch party; she was just raving about it.,I made this for our Boss’s Day Brunch at work and it was a hit! The only thing that I did differently was to add twice as many blueberries as the recipe called for and then I sprinkled a couple of tablespoons of sugar on top of it before I baked it for the last 30 minutes. I will definitely make this again!,Tried this for a brunch, and we didn’t really enjoy it. used a full dry-pint of blueberries, and it wasn’t enough. I ended up having to bake it for an hour to set, and the bread on top was so hard then, it was hardly edible. Thanks for the recipe, but I won’t be making this again.
