Overnight Brunch Casserole,This easy brunch casserole will become everyone’s favorite and it’s so easy! Choose a French or Sourdough Bread to give it the Panera touch. From the Panera Bread Cookbook.,Left the salt out!,I made this the day before a brunch for 14 people. I made this along with a french toast casserole. This one turned out great and people loved it! The only thing I did not put was left out the salt because it was already fairly salty from the bacon. Good casserole, will make it again!
