Overnight French Toast Casserole

Features:
    Cuisine:

I make this quite frequently when bread is on sale. It's so easy and delicious. I usually cut the crust off because sometime it doesn't fit in my pan. I follow the directions using the 2/3C brown sugar and use 5 eggs. I also add 1 T of vanilla to the milk as others mentioned. Bake 25 min covered and usually 5-7 min uncovered. We add a little syrup. It's pretty sweet but never think to add a side of meat since it's filling.
