    in a Hot Wok or Large Frying Pan, Stir-Fry Shrimp and Chicken in 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil Until Just Done, About 2 Minutes. Add Garlic, Cabbage, Carrots and Tomatoes; Stir-Fry For 1 Minute.
