Paige’s Buttercream Frosting,This is in response to a request. it is the frosting that she uses on her Recipe #43331.,This is my go to recipe for buttercream frostng. It’s quick and easy. But most of all it’s delicious.Someone is always asking for ‘ my’ recipe. I wish that I could take that credit. Lol.,I’ve been making this frosting for years and finally decided to review. I don’t find it too sweet, but I do have a sweet tooth and use “Wholesome” organic powdered sugar, pure bourbon vanilla extract, and whole milk. Sometimes I add organic peppermint oil and make minty frosting. It’s so good. I want to share that based on something I read on another recipe for buttercream frosting – use a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment and I let this frosting whip for nearly ten minutes. It creates a REALLY light and fluffy frosting. It’s absolutely my go to.
