    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees. Butter a 9x13 Baking Dish. Spread the Chiles in the Dish. Scatter the Chicken Over the Chiles. Cover With the Cheeses.

    Beat the Eggs and Milk Together. Beat in the Cumin. Pour This Mixture Over the Cheese. Bake 30-40 Minutes, Until Lightly Browned on Top.

    Allow to Rest 10 Minutes, Then Cut Into Squares and Serve.
