Wow! I feel so lucky having found this recipe. Been looking on web 2 days now. Not sure why I stopped my search after reading this one but glad I did! used it on cod fillets. Was short on a couple of spices but improvised and it turned out wonderful. Just a tip to keep in mind though: let fish drain on paper towels before cooking so that water won't interfere with the cooking process. Mine was still delicious but I believe this is supposed to be a drier type of coating. Every few bites you'll taste the oregano and OMG that makes it for me. My husband loved it too and he's hard to please. Thank you hannahsmomma for sharing it. We will be using this recipe again and again.
