Pan Fried Sweet Potatoes,I like coming up with new ways to serve foods so that I don’t get bored with the same dishes all of the time. I decided to try preparing my sweet potatoes in various ways and this is one that I came up with. Very simple and can be modified to suit your taste. The recipe is enough for two generous servings for adults. The potatoes will not be as crispy as regular potatoes because of the texture difference so be sure to not overcook.,This was an awesome recipe! used oil and butter, then sprinkled with the Brown sugar… I then Cooked a chicken breast in what oil was left after… Great taste !,Thanks for this idea! Used evoo and adobo and finished them with brown sugar and butter. They were great – a little sweet and a bit spicy.
