Pan Fried Tilapia,Another very simple recipe…and a healthy one as well.,this was fantastic!….the kids loved it…..my son asked me to make these again for dinner but to put them on a roll!….I served them tonight with string beans and buttered noodles…..thanks for such an easy recipe that will be going into my favorite file!,This was so good, the only tweak I made was using Creole seasoning instead of old bay, I didn’t have any old bay on hand.
