Pan Seared Veal Chops With Rosemary,This is a wonderful veal dish. It doesn’t take very long to make.,The addition of rosemary to the chops gave off a delightful smell in my kitchen. However, the garlic burned as a result of browning. It had a bitter taste because of it.,This came out pretty good. I did add a little salt and some cornstarch to the sauce.
