Papaya Salsa,A great accompaniment to grilled fish and chicken for summertime grilling!,my daughter made this last night and served it with blackened barbequed salmon. she said it was wonderful. Tomorrow, I will try it and give you an update.,O.K…..I am a wuss! My hubby and I found this too hot…..my lips were burning. I think I would make this one again but without the jalapeno and go a little easier on the red pepper flakes. I thought the flavours were too delicate for the jalapeno. I served this over grilled halibut. I love fruit salsas, so I will make this one again, but with the changes
