Paprika Roast Chicken With Sweet Onion,This recipe is quick, easy, moist, and delicious! This recipe is modified from one in last month’s “Gourmet Magazine” (February 2009).,Definitely a keeper. Mmmm. I had to make a couple (what I consider minor) substitutions for what I had on hand, and it still turned out very delicious. used 2 lbs chicken parts, 2 onions and Trader Joe’s South African Smoke Seasoning Blend. The seasoning blend is mostly hot paprika flakes, so it worked well in this recipe. Really yummy!,Very happy with this recipe, everyone loved it. I did have to cook it a bit longer to get the breasts completely done. Great flavor.
