Paradise Ponchikehs,I got this recipe from a cookbook I received as a wedding present — A Taste of Tradition- The How and Why of Jewish Gourmet Holiday Cooking by Ruth Sirkis,Okay, I can’t say that I know what a Ponchikeh is, but these are great. I didn’t make the chocolate sauce only the orange and it was wonderful. DD has been looking for an orange syrup recipe for years and this is the best that we’ve found.
