Parmesan Almond Chicken,I ran out of butter, so I subbed a large egg plus 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, and 1 tbsp water ( to thin) mixed up as my coat, then dredged as per the recipe( well, used almond flour). Baked them in my air fryer, WOW. Family loved it, thanks for the recipe, I’ll try butter next time.,Wow! Fabulous! This is awesome! My husband said it was his favorite chicken recipe I’ve ever made and has asked for this to become part of the weekly rotation. Thanks.
