Adjust Servings:
3 boneless chicken breast halves, cut in bite size pieces
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt and pepper
3 tablespoons butter, divided
1 cup half-and-half
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
8 ounces angel hair pasta, cooked and drained or your favorite pasta

    This was wonderful! My fiance and I ate it up for our "sweetest day" meal it's a thing we only have in Ohio.. like Valentines.. but more commercial! Anyway, I made it with 3/4 of a lb of chicken tenderloins and added some paprika and garlic powder to the flour mixture. Substituted the frozen peas for fresh zucchini and added a large clove of chopped garlic and about a 1/4 cup extra parm. before adding the chicken back. Fi LOVED it and we are so looking forward to eating the little bit we had left over! Thanks for a great recipe! Def. a "keeper"

    Toss Chicken Pieces With Flour, Italian Seasoning, Salt and Pepper.

    Heat 2 T Butter in Large Skillet.

    Add Chicken and Stir-Fry to a Golden Brown.
