Parmesan Chips,These are a carb free chip that I found while looking for recipes for a party for a friend with special diet needs. I made a batch of these to see how they tasted and my family ate them all up. So I made a second batch for the party.,These are wonderful. I read the reviews and realized that you could not use canned grated Parmesan, but I did find some canned shredded Parmesan and it worked great. They are very crispy. I also tried shredded cheddar cheese. They are good, but are not crispy. But this is a great alternative to chips, croutons, etc.,Delicious! I like these broken up on a Caesar salad or just to nibble on their own. Great low carb snack!
