Parmesan-Herb Baked Flounder,From Cooking Light. Serving size: 1 fillet. Per serving: 241 calories, 5.5 g fat, 35.9 g protein, 10 g carb, 0.7 g fiber, 87 mg cholesterol. Very simple.,I didn’t realize that I had used all the green onions until I went to make this. My sides were close to being done, so no time to run to the store. So, in a pinch, I just minced some sweet onion. I also used panko crumbs. It still turned out fantastic! Served with Greek green beans and rosemary garlic bread.,Delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except that because my filets were so thin, I only baked for 10 minutes and then broiled for 2 minutes. Perfection!
