Parmesan Shortbread,Great nibbles with a glass of wine, from Sue Lawrence Scottish Cookery,Went over well at our wine tasting. I made the dough a few days in advance and kept it rolled in saran in the fridge – kept perfectly.,Great flavor! We liked these alot. The dough is really soft but much better after chilling.
