Tasty Dates Stuffed With Parmesan, Again, why stress over appetizers when this simple, yummy snack is here to save the day? From America’s Test Kitchen, Very good! I took these to a rather nice finger food gathering and people loved them used a nice vegetable peeler to make long slices of parmesan from the wedge, then cut and broke them to size to fit in the dates Use as much as you want! Allow extra time to putz around and make these, especially if doubling or tripling the recipe as I did Also, I would eat them within a few hours of making them , I made these for a get together yesterday and they were a hit I loved the combination of flavours and textures Thanks for sharing
