Parmesan-Stuffed Dates Delight: A Savory Sweet Treat

    Very good! I took these to a rather nice finger food gathering and people loved them. used a nice vegetable peeler to make long slices of parmesan from the wedge, then cut and broke them to size to fit in the dates. Use as much as you want! Allow extra time to putz around and make these, especially if doubling or tripling the recipe as I did. Also, I would eat them within a few hours of making them.
