    Steps

    1
    Done

Heat the Oven to 180c Lay an Egg Ring on a Non-Stick Tray. Sprinkle an Even Layer of Grated Parmesan Inside the Ring. Remove the Ring and Use It to Make a Second Wafer Next to the First. Use These First Two Wafers as Your Guinea Pigs, Because You May Have to Adjust the Heat of Your Oven to Suit the Rest.

    2
    Done

Bake 3 5 Minutes, Watching Carefully Until the Cheese Has Melted Into a Soft Wafer Shape. Remove from the Oven While Still Bubbling, and Leave For 1 Minute. Carefully Lift Off the Wafers and Lay Them on a Wire Rack to Cool and Harden. Adjust the Oven Temperature If Necessary and Continue the Process Until You Have 8 Wafers.

    3
    Done

to Serve, Cut the Figs Into Quarters. Lay 2 Slices of Prosciutto on Top of a Parmesan Wafer on Each Plat. Top With 2 Fig Quarters and a Final Parmesan Wafer and Serve.
