Pasta E Fagioli,This is my son’s favorite soup. He thinks it tastes just like Olive Gardens. Never any leftovers with this soup. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.,Delicious… everyone liked it (usually my 5 year old doesn’t like anything). We will definitely make this again… my DH and I had to have seconds. I left it sitting an hour after making it while my kids had swimming lessons… so all the liquid was soaked up in the pasta (used Orzo bc I didn’t have the other). I just added 2 cups of water so it had a soupy texture. So flavorful! Thanks.,I have never tasted Olive Gardens Fagioli soup. So whether it is or isnt OG recipe, I couldnt say .But I can say this soup tasted really good! It is full of flavor and very satisfying. It was easy and quick to prepare, and I will be making it again. Delicious!

Brown the Hamburger, Drain Off the Fat. |

Add Everything Else Except Pasta, and Simmer on Low For One Hour. |

I Add the Pasta and Simmer For 5-10 Minutes, However, If You Are not Going to Eat This Right Away, Keep the Pasta Seperate So the Pasta Does not Soak Up All the Sauce. |
