Pasta with Mushroom Garlic Sauce,This recipe is for garlic lovers.It is a quick easy meal when you are rushed and want some comfort food,A terrible, buttery mess. Nothing saucy about this.,Wow, When I was a kid, we didn’t eat meat on some Wednesdays and never on any Fridays. We ate macaroni as a first dish almost every night. I’ve been looking at a can(its what I had) of mushrooms I got on sale and have all the other ingredients. It came out fabulous. I eye balled the measurements but did about a 50/50 butter olive oil combo. I added a few flakes of crushed red pepper flakes as I remember thats what mom did 75 years ago. Like a trip down memory lane. I need to go back to these recipes , they were great then, and just as good now.

In a Skillet Melt 2 Tbsp Butter. |

Add Garlic, Allow to Brown, Then Add Mushrooms, Basil, Salt& Pepper. |
