Perfect for a picnic!,Very good recipe, I added more garlic but I didn’t rub my seasoning I opened holes all over with a knife and inserted the seasoning in the holes. Also if you cut squares on the fat of the leg to make it look like a chess board and add more seasoning in the cuts the skin will get crispy and YUM!!! it’s a natural pork rind (fatning but you must try it)Thanks CG fo so many good recipes.
