1 (7 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tomatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
3 teaspoons roasted garlic, minced
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons dried oregano
0.5 (12 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese or 1 1/2 cups provolone cheese, shredded
fresh parsley, garnish (optional)

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees; Lightly Grease a 2 1/2 Quart Baking Dish.

    Spread 1 Cup Spaghetti Sauce Over Bottom of Baking Dish.
