Great recipe. Took me all of 10 minutes from start to finish. Made a half batch in a 9x9 as a quick snack for Bf and the guys at the garage. Only change I'd make next time would be to add more peanuts! You definately get more then 12 servings though. These are really sweet and dense. I cut them into bite size pieces like fudge and I'd guess i got about 50 pieces, so say about 10 -15 servings from a half. Spraying a sheet of wax paper with pam works well for packing the mix down and flattening it out. Thanks! UPDATE - Upping my rating to 5 - this stuff keeps well and gets even better after a day or so. Nobody that has tried it didn't come back for another piece. I have a feeling I'll be making this for cookie trays in the future.
