Pea Pods with Fresh Mushrooms, Another great recipe from Madame Wong’s Long-Life Chinese Cookbook. This is an excellent side dish with Asian style fish and rice. Really good!, Added (previously) sauteed sweet onions, heavier on the mushrooms and a touch more sugar. It was a delight among my guests! Worthy to be served in one of the better restaurants.
