Peach Loaves

Features:
    Cuisine:

Wow! Mega moist and delicious...I made 5 mini loaves instead of the 2 8X4 loaves. Adjusted bake time to 35 minutes. I had about a 1/4 cup of mashed peaches left, so I made a peach compote. While the loaves were still warm, I glazed them with the compote too. Delicious!!

Peach Loaves,I got this recipe from Borzynski’s Farmers Market in Sturtevant, WI…,Wow! Mega moist and delicious…I made 5 mini loaves instead of the 2 8X4 loaves. Adjusted bake time to 35 minutes. I had about a 1/4 cup of mashed peaches left, so I made a peach compote. While the loaves were still warm, I glazed them with the compote too. Delicious!!,Delish! Sooo glad this recipe made two loaves — there will be plenty for breakfast and snacks plus some to share with my wonderful neighbor. Used the food processor to chop the peaches as they didn’t mash well by hand. These loaves turned out moist and full of flavor — my house smells wonderful.
