Peach Oatmeal Cookies

    I had such a bumper crop of peaches this year, I wanted to make something other than the traditional jams (still in cupboard) and pies. THIS WAS IT! I will be making every year, not sure I can even hold out for my own peaches. Very nice twist to the oatmeal cookie, a keeper for years!

    Preheat Oven to 350.

    Beat Sugars, Butter, Eggs and Vanilla in Large Mixing Bowl With Elextric Mixer at Medium Speed.

    Combine Flour, Baking Powder and Salt in Separate Bowl. Add to Egg Mixture and Beat at Low Speed 2 to 3 Minutes or Until Smooth.

    Stir in Oats, Peaches and Raisins. Drop by Tablespoonfuls Onto Baking Sheet.

    Bake 10 to 15 Minutes or Until Golden.
