1/4 cup cilantro leaf (to taste, i like less)

    This is wonderful! Made it up last night - using everything from the garden (ok the garlic was from a neighbor's garden) & it was great! I did use 3 peppers - a they were small - a jalapeno, a serrano & a green Bulgarian carrot pepper. Waiting for the flavors to meld was the hardest part. I did add fresh lime juice from one Persian lime so it wouldn't turn dark overnight & I liked the little tang. Pretty & delicious! Thanks for posting Chef Carolyn H. - she's a kepper!

    Peach Salsa, A delicious summer treat! Buy a bag of salsa chips, pour a cold drink, sit on the porch, and munch away!     Peel and Pit the Peaches, Chop Into 1/4 Inch Dice and Place in a 2 Quart Bowl. Squeeze Lime Juice Over the Peaches. Add Sugar and Salt, and Then Stir to Coat Well.

    Core the Tomato, Chop Into 1/4 Inch Dice, and Add to Bowl (leave Peel On).

    Peel and Mince the Garlic, Add to Bowl. Rinse and Seed the Jalapeno, Mince and Add. Rinse and Dry the Cilantro, and Mice--Add to Bowl. Stir Well. Refrigerate.
