Peanut Butter-Banana Breakfast Muffins,This recipe can also be baked up as a 9″ x 5″ loaf. Just increase the baking time to 50 minutes.,Very good! Followed recipe all the way. I think it might be better without the chips and with a jam swirl instead – will try that next time. Very good banana and PB flavor though!
