    Incorporate Liquids Into Initial Flour Preparation. Blend in Chocolate Chip (if Using).

    Pour Into Muffin Tins. Bake at 400f For 15-20 Minutes or Until a Cake Tester Comes Out Clean and Muffins Are Golden.
