Peanut Butter Cookies,A family favorite, thin and crunchy.,Would half of a 16 oz jar of peanut butter easily make 2-batches of this recipe?,I gave them 2 stars because the peaut butter taste is lacking. The cookies have a “light” flavor. Mine were soft, like a shortbread style and seem to be falling apart as I pick up one to eat. I love peanut butter and really want to taste it in a cookie. Not gonna happen here, unfortunately. I should have put in a cup of PB, not a measley half a cup.
