Peanut Butter Cookies Without Butter

Features:
    Cuisine:

This is where you listen to the one person who went against the grain. These cookies are pointless. They dont hold their shape when warm and have about 40% of the flavor of a normal cookie. If you like taste of flour with the essence of pb and sugar, these are the cookies for you. There are too many other legitimate butterless, even all out vegan cookies that run laps around this. Dont waste your time.

Peanut Butter Cookies Without Butter,So very easy to make, the recipe doubles very nicely. Made up a couple batches to freeze for Christmas gifts. Recipe came from an Amish Cookbook published in 1977.,This is where you listen to the one person who went against the grain. These cookies are pointless. They dont hold their shape when warm and have about 40% of the flavor of a normal cookie. If you like taste of flour with the essence of pb and sugar, these are the cookies for you. There are too many other legitimate butterless, even all out vegan cookies that run laps around this. Dont waste your time.,These are pretty tasty. Had PB I wanted to use up and didn’t want to use butter, but was hoping for something a little more chewy. Not a five star, but they will still get gobbled up.
