Peanut Butter Fingers, This is not a cookie, no indeed! It’s bread with a peanut butter filling dipped in chocolate, a tasty treat my friend! I’m not sure of the weight for the chocolate candy coating so it’s an estimate This is a National Peanut Festival Cookie and Overall Student Winner on Peanut Lovers :), I wasn’t terribly concerned with the cookie or bread thing, ’cause this recipe includes two of my favorite consumables ~ chocolate AND peanut butter (& chunky is what used)! Absolutely appreciated you including whole wheat bread, & that’s exactly what I’d have used, no matter what! VERY, VERY TASTY LITTLE MUNCHIES, & a great recipe keeper! I’ve tucked away half of these to include on my finger food counter for the up-coming group that I host in another 5 days! [Tagged & made in Newest Zaar, although weekend cooker beat me to the review box!], A real nice unique recipe used white bread, roasted peanuts, creamy peanut butter, oil, and a 12 ounce package of chocolate flavored candycoating that I thought was about right These are real good, and a definate keeper here Made for PRMR tag
