I usually double the recipe for a two layer cake peanut butter and chocolate are a great combo , If you don’t mind the need to keep it refrigerated (i don’t!), try incorporating stabilized whipped cream into the frosting as a last step Yuummm!!!, Can you use yogurt instead of butter?
