Peanut-Butter Granola Bars,If you’re tired of the commercial granola bars, give this one a try. The manager at the gym I go to recommended this recipe and a friend was kind enough to make a batch for me. Delicious. (Original source appears to be a magazine, though I don’t know which one.),These were good, though not as bar-like as I was hoping. I substituted more oats instead of adding almonds and cranberries because I didn’t have any. I added chopped chocolate for a peanut butter cup effect. There is a quarter of the pan missing already and they are still warm…so that should say something.
