Peanut Butter Protein Bars, I found this recipe on a web site for bodybuilders appropriately named, Bodybuilding com This is a good post-workout snack, or mid-day snack for those people who are on the go , Pretty good from someone (myself) who is not a huge fan of protein bars However my boyfriend loves them, so whipped up a batch & he enjoyed this homemade version a lot! I did add a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips over the top Also slighty coated the oats in cinnamon/sugar & briefly toasted them Thanks for a good idea!, have not found a great tasting vanilla protein powder that the kids like, any suggestions
