Peanut Dip

    Had this at a very large gathering with lots and lots of appetizers and this little guy was pretty much overlooked - but the people who did try it seemed to really like it and they all came up to me and asked me what the recipe was. It is very tasty - and unexpected. But I think I'll try serving it at a party where it's not in "competition" with lots of other things.

    Peanut Dip, great on celery or carrots Overnight refrigeration time not included in preparation time , Had this at a very large gathering with lots and lots of appetizers and this little guy was pretty much overlooked – but the people who did try it seemed to really like it and they all came up to me and asked me what the recipe was It is very tasty – and unexpected But I think I’ll try serving it at a party where it’s not in competition with lots of other things , Although the combination of ingredients does sound strange, this dip is wonderful, and quite addictive! The make-ahead component is always appreciated I served it with pita wedges, which were excellent with it I think it would also make a good baste for chicken that is, if there is any left!
