Pecan Blue-Cheese Spread, I bought my Cuisinart back in 1983. This is the very first recipe I made in it, and have made it many times since., This is really good! used full-fat cream cheese and gorgonzola. Thanks for posting such an easy spread!, I made this a long long time ago but neglected to review it. I made it again for a small dinner party. I had forgotten how easy it was to make and I was “floored” when the most picky, fussy and most difficult person to cook for just raved about it. It was good too!! used a very good blue cheese and that might be what did it. In any event Lennie, this was terrific and I was most pleased to get my own review of this from a very picky eater. Thanks for the post Lennie
