Pecan-Cheese Biscuits, Wonderful side or appetizer , These tasty and addicting little treats are fairly easy to make I halved the recipe and it made about half again as many as it said it would by making the logs 1 inch in diameter They cooked perfectly in my oven for 15 minutes as the recipe stated Be sure to use a SHARP cheese I agree with Cheryl’s review that they have the tender texture of a cheese straw rather than a biscuit But whatever you call them, they are good!, These are wonderful! So simple to make! I served them as part of a bread tray at Thanksgiving The in-laws ate them all up! These are like a cheese straw and not a biscuit Thanks Melismak for sharing this wonderful recipe!
