Pecan-Cheese Biscuits

Features:
    Cuisine:

These tasty and addicting little treats are fairly easy to make. I halved the recipe and it made about half again as many as it said it would by making the logs 1 inch in diameter. They cooked perfectly in my oven for 15 minutes as the recipe stated. Be sure to use a SHARP cheese. I agree with Cheryl's review that they have the tender texture of a cheese straw rather than a biscuit. But whatever you call them, they are good!
