Peking Chicken, This recipe has an awesome tasting sauce.It takes a bit of preparing and cooking but the outcome is delicous. You could use chicken thighs instead if you prefer., Very nice indeed, Made the recipe as given, & as much as we did like this chicken dish as a once-in-a-while kind of thing & a nice change of pace, most of the time I’d rather have baked chicken! Really, really liked the flavor of this but not so much the way it’s prepared!
