Pepparkakor – Traditional Scandinavian Sugar and Spice Cookies, Great for Christmas or anytime of year- especially with coffee or cocoa AND they are lowfat too! If you like them spicier feel free to UP the ginger and/or use FRESH! World Tour 2005 Sweden Desserts, Don’t be a dummie like me and forget the baking soda! The flavor is on point, but because I left that out, they were rather crunchy I adjusted the 2nd batch perfect!, I had to make these for a project of mine And I forgot to rill them in sugar well, they turned out very nice still! 🙂
