Peppered Almonds

    used whole almonds, too. I roasted them in a small cast iron skillet. The seasonings didn't stick to the almonds. :( There were gobs of yumminess amongst the almonds. I'm not sure how to fix this. Made for Pepper Tag in the Photo Forum 3/12 except I forgot that at the time & don't have a photo.

    Stir All Ingredients in Small Baking Pan to Coat Almonds.

    Arrange in Single Layer.

    Bake Until Coating Is Crisp and Almonds Are Toasted, Stirring Occasionally, About 12 Minutes.
