Peppermint Fudge (not Chocolate!), Generally my response to non-chocolate candy is what’s the point? This, however, has become my favorite Christmas candy! My daughter found it in one of those Pillsbury/Betty Crocker booklets they tempt you with at the checkout stands Prep time does not include cooling time , I had been looking since last year for a peppermint fudge recipe that wasn’t chocolate fudge with a few pieces of candy cane sprinkled on top I made this today and it is perfect! Super easy recipe, even when I thought I messed up it still turned out great I pulverized the candy canes in the food processor like someone else suggested to keep the texture creamy and it is oh, so melt in your mouth creamy Just beware the peppermint dust bomb when you open the top of the food processor, haha I also added a couple drops of peppermint extract I am taking this to a party tonight but really don’t want to part with it It’s just so good , Added a couple of drops of peppermint extract
