    Pepperoni Bread,Great with soup or salad!,can pizza dough be used for this recipe?,Have been making this for 20+ years. I do layers of cheese-usually mozzarella and provolone alternated with layers of pepperoni. It is a required holiday appetizer with marinara sauce for dipping. I either make my own dough or get canned pizza dough. Easy peasy recipe!

    Preheat Oven to 375 F.

    Lightly Grease a Baking Sheet.

    Roll Frozen Bread Dough Out Into a Rectangle.

    Brush Dough With Beaten Egg.

    Arrange Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese and Parmesan Cheese Over the Dough.

    Roll Up Dough Like a Jellyroll and Pinch Seam to Seal; Place, Seam Side Down, on Prepared Baking Sheet.
