Pepperoni Pizza Popovers

Features:
    Cuisine:

After reading the other reviews, I decided to use my own method of cooking these popovers and it worked out great!
Preheat oven to 450 degrees, spray popover pan with cooking spray and put a few drops of oil in the bottom of each cup.
When oven has preheated, place the EMPTY pan inside and let it get hot.
Remove pan and fill each cup 1/2 full of prepared batter.
Bake at 20 minutes at 450.
Reduce heat to 350 and bake another 20 minutes.
Remove popovers from oven and cut a slit in the top of each so steam can escape.
    Serve with marinara sauce.
    PERFECT!
    Thanks for the great recipe!
